Escola Permacultural

The Permacultural School project - Education for the construction of sustainable societies consists of a pedagogical methodology that promotes environmental education in schools through the implementation of Permaculture and Agroecology subjects in the school curriculum.

Esperançar is a movement/debate cycle that emerged from the partnership between Permacultura Lab and Sustentarte and aims to promote accessible debates that unite representatives of theoretical frameworks with representatives of practices that dialogue with these theories.

Sowing Viable Unprecedented Seeds is an online course that aims to complement the training in environmental education of teachers, educators in non-formal contexts and undergraduate students. Reflections and methodologies on agroecology and permaculture are presented in dialogue with critical environmental education.

Composting at School: solutions for waste

The project Composting at School: Solutions for Waste was developed with the aim of debating and promoting reflections on consumption and production of waste, as well as working on solutions to this problem based on management and composting techniques in 4 public schools in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro.
